About Us

Jason Pert, Managing Director of JPTS begun working in the offshore oil / diving industry in 1985. After completing a dive mechanical technician apprenticeship at Comex Houlder Diving Ltd. Jason worked all over the world for many leading dive contracting companies such as Wharton Williams (2W) / Ocean Technical Services / Stena Offshore (Technip) / Stolt Offshore (Acergy) / McDermott’s etc. Then worked for many years on and offshore at Oceaneering Int working up to Dive equipment supervisor.

Jason realised that his skills learnt in dive equipment and dive technical personnel management were better put to use in exploring new regions of the globe and offering such technical and consulting services, and set out to form JP Technical Services in 1999.
